Two subjects are often mixed up on Optik Randevu. Being on the list is one thing. How a store appears on the list is another. The first is the listing, and it is free. The second is visibility. For visibility, the packages named Liste and Sponsorlu are kept separate.

The listing is the optician entering the system. A registered store can be searched by city, district or location. The customer reviews the store and requests a time. The appointment is set only when the store confirms it. This flow works without Liste or Sponsorlu being chosen.

Liste and Sponsorlu are visibility packages added on top of the same flow. Neither changes the rule for when an appointment is set. Confirmation still belongs to the store. The packages are there so the customer can see the shop more easily among registered opticians. Which one is chosen is left to the store’s need for visibility in that area.

This distinction should be especially clear for opticians who have just listed. A free listing is enough for a request to be able to arrive. A more visible place is tied to a package only if the store wants it. There is no compulsory upgrade.

The customer does not choose a package. The person who wants an appointment goes to the firm list, chooses the store and requests the time. Liste and Sponsorlu are the optician’s choice of visibility. They are not a step in the customer’s appointment.

The store listing is at optikrandevu.com/kayit. The firm list for an appointment is at optikrandevu.com/firmalar. CK GRUP OPTİK uses Optik Randevu to put a registered optician and a customer on the same calendar. Liste and Sponsorlu are not the door to that calendar. They are a choice of visibility.
