Across every product group, UV protection, lens coating and the fit check are run by written procedure. The check closes before the product reaches the shelf.

Frames, prescription lenses, sunglasses and children’s frames enter the same book. The note for each group changes. The procedure does not.

Head office is in Şişli. Production and supply stay under one roof. Quality is not a line attached to the window afterwards.

UV, coating and fit. All three are written. One does not stand in for another.

01 · UV

UV protection

Applied by procedure on sunglasses and prescription lenses. The lens is checked before it meets the light. The note stays on that product’s own card. Protection is not a sticker added after the frame reaches the shelf.

Lens coating

The anti-reflective surface and scratch resistance sit in the same check. Coating is not a sentence added later, at the till. The two jobs close on one note.

Fit check

Frame size, lens and how it sits on the face are read together. Hinge, pad and bridge each pass on their own. A part that does not fit is not written into the shipment.

From intake to the release note.

Four steps. The fourth is the one that closes the case.

Intake

Frame and lens are noted apart as they enter. Surface and hinge are separated at the first look. The two are not written on the same line.

Measure

Frame, lens and ruler stay on the same table. The measurement is written with the thickness. A missing measurement does not move on.

Adjust

Pad and hinge are checked in place. On a frame that needs one, the spare part is already in the box. The adjustment is left so it still holds on the shelf.

Release

The check note is written before the case closes. A part without a note does not leave. Case and frame close in the same check.

Hinge, pad and surface. The adjustment is made so it still holds on the shelf. The frame is noted apart from the lens.

Prescription lenses

UV and coating are read together. The measurement sits on the same note as the thickness. The lens is checked apart from the frame.

Sunglasses

Protection in the light. Colour and frame pass the same check. The UV note stays on that product’s own card.

Children

Adjusted to the face. Ninoflex since 2019; the spare part is inside the box. On a growing face, the first adjustment is not the end of the fit.

The medical decision belongs to the eye doctor. The check here starts after that decision: reading the lens, the coating and the frame together.
