Finding a suitable time for glasses, lenses or a check often starts with calling the shop. Optik Randevu reduces that step to one sequence. Registered opticians and the person looking for an appointment meet on the same calendar. A store is chosen by city, district or location, and a time is requested.

The flow has four steps. The store is found by location. A time is requested. The store is reviewed. The last step is the store’s confirmation. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the optician sets that time aside. A feeling of “I have arranged it” does not collide with a fitting chair that is already full.

The search can be made by city or district name. Location can be used as well. The aim is to see a registered optician nearby. A store on the list can be reviewed before a time is requested. That is why it is possible to choose an address closer to the need, whether that is a frame fitting, prescription lenses or a child’s measurement.

Requesting a time is not a reservation promise. The appointment is set when the store confirms the request. Leaving before the confirmation can end in waiting at the door. Confirmation protects both the customer’s day and the optician’s measurement order.

Optik Randevu is used within CK GRUP OPTİK for appointments and store management. People who want an appointment see registered firms at optikrandevu.com/firmalar. Listing a store is a separate door. The customer’s search is limited to registered opticians.

Listing is free. Liste and Sponsorlu are separate packages for how visible a store is. Someone looking for an appointment does not need to choose one of those packages. The customer’s job is to choose the store and request a time.

A clear optical appointment is time set aside for a correct measurement. Frame, lens and fit on the face are not closed in a hurry. When a time is requested and the store confirms it, that time stays at the shop.
