An optical shop still meets a new customer largely through the window, a recommendation and the telephone. Optik Randevu adds one more channel. Registered opticians stand on the same calendar as the person looking for an appointment.
Listing is free. A store does not pay an advance fee to enter the list. Once the listing is open, the optician joins the registered shops that people searching by city, district or location can see. The customer requests a time. The appointment is set when the store confirms it. A request without confirmation does not create a measurement hour that is already full.
This order is practical for the optician. A request that arrives before the phone rings is accepted against the shop’s work that day. Jobs with a known duration, such as choosing a frame, prescription lenses or a child’s measurement, are not left as an uncertain note that someone “might drop by”.
Visibility is thought of separately from the listing. Liste and Sponsorlu are packages for how a store stands out on the list. Listing is free. Those packages are optional. An optician does not need the Sponsorlu package in order to receive appointment requests.
A store listing is opened at optikrandevu.com/kayit. A customer looking for an appointment sees the firms on optikrandevu.com/firmalar. The two doors are separate. One is the optician entering the calendar. The other is the customer requesting a time.
CK GRUP OPTİK built Optik Randevu for appointments and store management. The aim is to make a registered optician findable, and to count a time as set only when the store confirms it. A free listing is the first step onto that calendar.
